Video Lecture: Eight Deadly Wastes
This video explains the Eight Deadly Wastes, a concept in lean manufacturing. The video was produced by a production agency. I selected the actor that was cast, edited the script for clarity, choose the images and video clips, and worked with a graphic designer on select images.

This video orients new students to the Supply Chain Procurement Certificate - including how it is structured, how to obtain the certificate and tips of success. Voiceover was created using WellSaid. Video was created and subtitled in Camtasia.
Self-Paced Module: Introduction to Inventory Management
This module introduces the role of inventory management in the organization, basic inventory flows, classes of inventory, and overview of the inventory planning process. This module was produced in Articulate Rise. I reviewed the content, added it into Articulate Rise, adjusted or created images in PowerPoint, sourced stock photos, and created the course structure and activities. It was published and hosted in the BenchPrep LMS as part of a larger course.
Instructor Resources: Foundations of Distribution and Logistics
Instructor resources including Slides, Case Studies, and instructor-led learning activities were created to support each of the foundational supply chain courses. Please contact me if you wish to review these examples. Screenshots are porvided below. Instructor and student workbooks were in Word, PDF, with thumbnails of slides. Instructor slides were created in PowerPoint.
Video: Motor Delays Early Identification
This video was recorded for a Motor Delays course at AAP. A videographer recorded children walking down the hall at a local children's hospital. I worked with the subject matter expert, a professor pediatrics, and had him describe what was happening as the child walked down the hall. I then wrote the voiceover script, sourced a voiceover artist and provided it to our multimedia developer.
